Spicy salad in Japanese style, combining salmon, potatoes and vegetables with spicy sauce. The male half will appreciate it for new year's table.

Cooking
For preparation you can take any fish of the salmon species, coho have me. Fish clean, cut into fillets, leave the skin, cut salmon into thin strips.
Marinade for the salmon in the Sauce-marinade Teriyaki from TM "Kikkoman".
Spanking marinated salmon, potato peel and cut into thin strips, fry in vegetable oil, stirring constantly, until Golden. Remove the potatoes to the side.
The pan as needed add more oil and fry until Golden brown marinated salmon.
In a bowl put the cooled roasted salmon, add cherry tomatoes, sliced in half and the radish, sliced into thin strips.
There also put the cooled roasted potatoes. Stir.
Prepare the salad dressing. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", add the mayonnaise, rice vinegar and wasabi. The amount of wasabi is adjustable to taste. Mayonnaise is better to take home or proven quality. Dressing mix well.
On a serving dish put the lettuce (any) in whole or may break.
On top of the lettuce leaves, put the salad.
Pour the salad dressing and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Serve immediately when ready. Bon appetit!
