Peel the ginger and finely chop. In Cup, mix ginger, soy sauce, honey, mustard, oil and balsamic sauce. ( If you don't have cream of balsamic, I advise you to replace it with rice vinegar for sushi ). All mix well. And pepper to taste. If you'd like it spicy, add the grated garlic. Beets RUB on a coarse grater.
Marine cabbage mixed with beets. Season with dressing, let stand for 10 minutes and you can eat.
