Vegetable salad with greens and mushrooms
A great dish for those watching their health and appearance!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 handful

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into large pieces

Fry with Basil 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil 10 minutes.

Cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers also coarsely chop. Lettuce to break it.

For dressing mix in a bowl with the remaining olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, wine vinegar, mustard and honey. Mix the vegetables, salad and mushrooms. To fill.
