Cooking
Dissolve in warm milk, salt, yeast and half the sugar. Pour half of the flour, mix well and leave in a warm place to rise.
When the dough will increase in volume 2 times, you have to press down. Beat the egg with the remaining sugar and vanilla and add this mixture.
Mix well, add the remaining flour and the melted margarine, knead the dough well. Put in a warm place and let rise.
For the filling, I took the cherries, prepared here according to this recipe (by the way, try to cook, it is very good for cakes and pies) http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/468 97/ Can I take frozen cherry (then the filling add more sugar) or jam, only the syrup should be pumped. So - to the strained liquid from the cherries add dry jello and mix well (1 Cup of cherries - 50 g of dry jello) I've accidentally made a mistake and poured one sachet of cherry and one packet of strawberry jelly (instead of another cherry) - was very tasty and flavorful!
The finished dough to press down (it should be a little lipoate), put on the table, sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into equal balls, you should get about 24 things. Each ball to flatten on the table with your hand, put the stuffing and stung, giving bun round shape.
Put the buns into a form with high edges, covered with baking paper. I have a form with size 25*35cm. Grease the buns with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Put the form in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Lush, tender, with amazing toppings! I confess - my waist was shocked - I ate at a time as much as 5 biscuits! =-O :-D Oh, I love pastries, you sinner! :-D
Pour gulls or coffee and treat!
