Cooking
Whisk the eggs with the sugar, them add the butter and yogurt.
Gradually add flour and baking powder. Divide the dough into two parts.
Form grease with oil, sprinkle with flour and bake two layers at a temperature of 180gr.
While the cakes are baked, we prepare the cream, this whisk the cream with the icing sugar and it should be mixed with the cream cheese.
Cakes to decrease in diameter. I covered the dish and cut them.
The bottom of a split form with food paper, and in the center spread cake. Grind the strawberries with sugar and 2/3 of the puree, apply on the cake. On top of the sauce place the strawberries, cut in half.
Spread on top of strawberry cream.
Now put on a side (with the castle) and between the collar and the cake put the strawberries (halves) close to each other. And then close the lock.
Prepare jelly as directed on the package, and gradually fill them with strawberries (pieces, periodically sending in the fridge to harden). When the jelly will cover all the strawberries, put into the fridge to full hardening.
When the jelly hardens, put remaining mashed potatoes on top of the cake and the cream.
Decorate with strawberries, blackberries and mint.
