Cooking
The lentils soak water at least 4 hours (I soak overnight). With lentils drain and rinse. Fill a pot with water (600ml), add the lentils, potatoes and carrots (chopped, not large pieces). When the water boils, add spices to taste, switch to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until transparent. Add the tomato paste and soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
To shift zazharku in the soup, add turmeric and paprika. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Grind the soup in a blender until smooth. Vegetable soup with lentils is ready. From this amount of ingredients makes approximately 2-3 servings of soup. If You have a large family, increase proportion.
