Rösti with chicken and mushrooms
Scored in a search engine "rösti"... the answer I was literally disheartened. The search came up 8 recipes, none of which even have the word "rösti" is not mentioned, not to mention the dish. A dish that deserves serious attention. What is rösti? It's such a big, big, the size of the pan, the pancakes. And now, drat, if small and round, it's pancakes is the national dish of Belarusians, but if big and round, it's rösti is the national dish of the Austrians... In any case, it's delicious, that's why Belarusians and the Austrians are so proud of their dishes.

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Rösti can be done in different ways. I decided to try two different recipe, which divided the potatoes into 2 parts. Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. 1 way. Grated potatoes well squeeze. Juice drain into a Cup. Pressed the potatoes dry with a towel.
