Potato and pumpkin pancakes
Your children, like mine, don't like zucchini? Then you are here - cook potato and pumpkin pancakes, which taste very similar to pancakes, but with the addition of zucchini are more tender and helpful.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

  • Garlic

  • Greens

I take about the same amount of potatoes and zucchini and RUB on a small grater. If the vegetables are very juicy, you can squeeze a bit of juice.

Add the egg, salt, pepper, flour and mix.

Fry pancakes in small amount of oil over medium heat on both sides. Vegetable mass is spread and distributed with a spoon.

For feeding, you can cook flavorful sour cream - add crushed clove of garlic and finely chopped parsley.

Serve fritters hot or warm with flavored sour cream.
