Cooking
Fish wash, remove the scales, remove the fins and clean the innards. Again wash and cut into large chunks to make it easy to cook. I got the medallions, so I only removed the fins (more there's nothing more was not).
Put the cod in a saucepan and pour 3 liters of water, put on fire. Bring to boil, remove the foam.
Add spices: salt, Bay leaf and black pepper. Boil for 20 minutes. Then the fish drain in a colander and strain the broth.
Chop the carrots into cubes and fry in butter.
Chop the onion, put it in a bowl and mix with the flour.
Fry the onions in a pan with butter.
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips, put in boiling broth.
To the potatoes add the rice and cook for another 15 minutes.
Cream cheese, carrots, onions and fish (separated from the bones, disassemble into pieces) to add to the broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
At the very end to fill a chopped parsley. Boil 2 minutes, remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes.
