Apple soup
I want to offer You a light soup, which will come in handy both in summer and grey in autumn days, as a reminder of warm Sunny days.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Juice

    1 cup

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

Cook rice according to instructions. Rinse the raisins and boil hot water for 5 min.

While the rice is cooking, the apples remove the core and cut into slices. Pour 3 cups of hot water. Put sugar to taste and spices. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, so the segments do not seethe. Remove apples from syrup and cover.

The starch to dissolve with the juice and pour, stirring all the time, in the boiling syrup. Boil for a few minutes.

In a bowl place the rice, apples and raisins. Pour a thick syrup, and serve.
