Description
Dish with an unusual name Brnze soup is a rice soup with meat, fried onions, seasoned with a mixture of eggs and broth. Very tasty and flavorful soup!!!

Cooking
Meat washed, cut tendons, and the film is put in hot water and cook at a low boil. Salt and spices to put into the broth for 15-20 minutes until cooked meat.
The meat is then removed, cut into portion slices. Strain the broth.

In boiling broth pour washed in cold water rice and put to boil on a medium heat. 10-15 minutes before end of cooking, add browned onion, ground black pepper, salt and I added a little hot red pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolk with a little hot broth. Whipped yolk to pour into brnze soup, stir and bring to a boil.
When serving put into the soup slices of beef and sprinkle with finely chopped greens. You can add sour cream. Bon appetit!
