We all probably now full of as zucchini and pumpkins. I came up with here is a jam. Turned out well, very tasty!

Cooking
Squash the pumpkin and clean from the skin and seeds. Oranges (I used 2) put in saucepan and boil 5 minutes, leave to cool in cold water. The squash and pumpkin weigh as much take sugar - 1:1 (I got 1700).
Zucchini and squash cut in small cubes, also cut and oranges. Raisins pour boiling water for 5 minutes to slightly swelled and got out all the dirt, rinse and add to the overall weight.
Cook the syrup (I took 2 cups of water, but may be less, the faster the syrup will thicken). Pour all the syrup and boil for an hour and a half. At the end add 2 tsp of citric acid. Roll up in banks. I got about 3 liters.
