Prepare the pancakes according to your favorite recipe. So, again, pour the boiling water in a thin stream and with vigorous stirring. The dough is ready - try to bake. Next, the original recipe was a layer of cabbage, which I had on top to grease with a thin layer of sour cream. I have little idea how the braised cabbage can be lubricated "by a thin layer of sour cream", so I mixed all the stuffing with 1 tbsp sour cream and put on top of the liver of man.

And last filling - carrots with onions.
Now damn thickly lubricated cream and spread on carrot sour cream side down. All the cake is almost ready. Decorate it according to your taste and desire. Sides can lubricate the remaining cream, top can be sprinkled with cheese, it all depends on your imagination.
I have the holiday decoration. By the way, the leaves of a sunflower is the usual graviola dough for pancakes, baked in the old "prehistoric" oreshnitsa. Oreshnitsa I used as a pan.
