Chicken rolls in bacon, stuffed with goat cheese and thyme, baked with vegetables. This is my recipe for jubilee number 150! In honor of this we share with You a delicious, beautiful and quick dinner. Don't forget to submit to him a glass of wine)))

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut along not to the end.
Deploy as a book, put in a food film and to beat off from two sides.
On each fillet put half the goat cheese, spread over the meat, sprinkle with thyme, and tightly roll it up.
Each roll is wrapped in bacon.
Zucchini cut into circles, cherry tomatoes cut in half. Heat-resistant form grease with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. On the bottom of the form to lay zucchini, and top with the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. For vegetables put the chicken rolls and a couple of sprigs of thyme.
Bake the rolls for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
