Squash noodles
This recipe I came across on the Internet, and I decided to cook it, adding notes of his inventions. Turned out awesome, quick and easy side dish for dinner. While this is a wonderful solution to eating zucchini. And unexpected guests will be pleasantly surprised by this quickly cooked postitem! Look, maybe you will like this easy vegetable noodles!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    600 g

  • Sesame oil

    80 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Young zucchini wash, remove one strip with a vegetable peeler and shred the zucchini over the entire length, capturing the thin part of the peel. So shred the whole zucchini, not reaching the seeds.

To make the sauce: soy sauce mixed with garlic, grated on a fine grater, add the mustard and lemon juice. Mix well. If the noodles will eat kids, you can add less garlic and mustard.

Heat the oil in a pan and put it on her squash noodles, stir with a spatula and fry for 1 minute.

Pour sauce, add sesame seed, noodles and season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add grated cheese.

Stir and heat to completely melt the cheese. If you do not like melted cheese, then sprinkled on the finished dish.
