Chicken wings in a crispy breading with vegetables
Daily menu chicken is a big part of each family. Chicken dishes are inexpensive, tasty, nutritious, quick and easy to prepare. I suggest you to prepare tender, delicious, juicy chicken wings in a crispy breading and easy side dish of baked vegetables. This dish is good and "every day", and guests are not ashamed to cook.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken wings

    12 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetables

  • Olive oil

Wings to wash, dry cloth and season with salt and pepper black and red pepper, squeeze the garlic, and stir everything well and leave to marinate for half an hour. Meanwhile, melt the butter, cool. In a separate Cup for breading grate the cheese, chop the parsley, add the breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper and mix it all together. Dip chicken wings in butter and coat in breading mixture.

Now prepare the garnish. Take any of Your favorite vegetables. I have in this case: fresh tomatoes, sliced into four pieces; potato, sliced and quartered; onion, cut into four pieces; carrots, rings, about 2 cm (after the carrot I "prepared" in a microwave, put in a bag and five minutes prevarila on average power); and yet I had frozen broccoli and Brussels (cooking, not defrosting). Put all the vegetables on a baking sheet, salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil (mix all in the same hand) and bake in preheated to 190 gr. the oven, for about 30-40 minutes (I have a convection oven, if you have a gas oven, you have to hold the vegetables a little longer until done)

Here are tasty, healthy and delicious vegetables we have. Especially tasty onions, it becomes somehow sweet and juicy. It eats even my son, who is not very "fan of" onions. Wings and vegetables bake in the oven at once together on the bottom and top shelf, respectively. If Your oven is a function "grill" can turn on ten minutes before cooking wings.
