Tomato fritters
Guests came from Greece and made us these pancakes from tomatoes. Very tasty! Cooks, I want to share with you this recipe. And just want to show zucchini fritters and cheese. For a variety of vegetable tables in the summer it all the time.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Corn flakes

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread

  • Oregano

  • Spices

The ingredients give all in the eyes. This portion I took it for a photo, because we prepared very large portion. I think that in such recipes, it does not matter. Finely chop tomatoes, sprinkle with sugar (1 table. spoon) to acid to bring down, put in a colander and allow to drain VERY well juice.

Three grated zucchini and also give the juice to drain, and it is better to take the gauze, put it in the zucchini and squeeze well juice.

Continue to make tomato pancakes. Finely chop the herbs and garlic (and once for pumpkin pancakes).

Take the breadcrumbs (about 5 slices) and wet slightly with water

Now all mix: tomatoes, greens, garlic, onions, soaked bread, oregano, spices and flour so that it all could sculpt (about 3 table. L.)

Take hands and make small pancakes. That's all well molded. And into the pan!

Now take the zucchini. Mix: zucchini, cheese, grated (not too much), spices, and about 4 table. tablespoons of flour. (In the photo the egg, it is not necessary, this is my child confused)

And now in my favorite breading of cornflakes, for which I am very and eternally grateful to Natalia-XSENIA, we coat our pancakes.
