Cheese bags of pineapples in champagne
Very common misperception that champagne you need to serve chocolate. Actually it is not so. To shampanskom served caviar, fish, cheese, poultry dishes and, of course, fruit. I want to propose to your attention extremely tasty appetizer of cheese and pineapple.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Pineapple

  • Champagne

Pineapples in a bowl without the syrup, pour champagne. Leave for 30 minutes. Can we not do that. But, in my opinion, pineapples after this procedure are not as sweet and acquires a spicy flavor.

Cut the cheese into thin slices.

Appropriate size Cup (a glass, Cup, etc.) cut circles out of cheese. I cut the smallest Cup of coffee. The bags turned out "one tooth".

Cheese slices one at a time to put on 8-10 seconds in the microwave. That cheese was very soft, but not melted. Of melted cheese pouches easier to sculpt, but then they become solid!
