Fiorentino is an incredibly tasty cookies! Thin and brittle. To make it, You don't even need a mixer... just a bowl and spoon!

Cooking
That's what we need.
In a bowl melt the butter, add oats, sugar, flour, cream and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the sliced almonds and coconut flakes.
Covered a baking sheet with baking paper or silicone Mat (with the latter I liked the result). So, we collect 1 tea (!) spoon dough and spread on a baking sheet. Do no more than 12 cookies on the baking sheet. In the oven they are very will spread and become thin.
The back of a spoon, or your fingertips dipped in water, carefully prelucrate cookies, trying to give them a round shape.
Bake for 5-6 minutes in the preheated to 190 degrees oven or until Golden brown. Carefully follow the process... they burn quickly! Bake one baking sheet at a time.
Give them a little bit to cool, and place on a paper or dish to cool (pastry is very fragile!).
To melt the chocolate. And to put it on one side of our cookies.
Makes about 60-70 cookies. Storage: make cookies waxed paper. Can be stored for several days.
