Soup of lentils with pasta and cream

Ingredients

  • Broth

    5 cup

  • Pasta

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Lentils

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

To start, we need 1 Cup of red split lentils Persian TM "Mistral". Rinse the lentils.

Also, we need 2 tbsp of rice and onions. Rice is rinse. Pour water into a saucepan and add the lentils and rice. Also throw into the pot the diced onions. Bring to the boil and simmer until the lentils are tender. I did it in 10 minutes like the instructions on the packet of lentils.

Remove the pan from the heat and whisk immersion blender.

In another saucepan boil pasta until tender, rinse and add to soup. Put a pot of soup on the stove, add the cream, season with salt and pepper, let boil, simmer for 1 minute. Add the chopped parsley.
