Tuscan soup
Offer one of the options for Tuscan soup, amazingly delicious, aromatic, saturated with sun and Italian spices. Soup as one of the exciting memories of a carefree and romantic vacation in Italy.

Ingredients

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sausages

    400 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Parmesan

    10 g

Cooking

Finely chop carrot and celery, tomatoes - thin slices.

Finely chop the onion (as I'm not rationally grouped products when photographing, sorry for the verbal repetitions), garlic finely chop, sausages -thin slices.

Fry in a pan MOROKOV, onion, celery and garlic until Golden brown.

Pour broth (I used frozen cubes), add the bean mixture, chopped in small cubes the potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.

Add sliced smoked sausage and cook for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes turn came to go in the soup and the tomato slices.

5 minutes after the tomatoes fall asleep, a dry mixture of herbs, allow to boil and after 3-4 minutes remove from heat.

Ready soup served always with grated Parmesan. Do not be redundant and croutons of white bread, toasted in olive oil, in which prior to use have been squeezed out a couple of cloves of garlic oil nastana 10-15 minutes and filtered. The Tuscan soup is ready, Bon appetit to all parties.
