Spicy tomato soup with beans
Cooking the recipe for this soulful soup is originally from Portugal. Thick, flavorful and nutritious, it perfectly warms in cold winter days. Try a plate of such food, you can immediately fall in love with the spicy tomato soup with beans.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Pepper green

    2 piece

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    500 ml

  • Broth

    500 ml

Wash beans and soak for 6 hours. Again, wash and cook until tender.

Cut onions into strips and fry it in hot vegetable oil until light Golden brown. Then add tomato puree (you can add ready, I added pureed tomatoes) and chilli. Warm the mixture over medium heat for a few minutes.

Add the boiled beans and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Sliced spicy sausage and pepper. Add to the soup. Salt. Pour a Cup of meat broth. Cook for another 10 minutes. Consistency of soup should be very thick. If necessary, the soup can be thickened with flour.

Before the end of cooking add a large amount of chopped parsley. Spicy tomato soup with beans ready, is poured into plates and serve. Bon appetit!
