Marinade "Assorted" is made from plums and grapes in the ratio 1:1. At the bottom of each jar put spices. Sorted and washed plums and grapes are placed in layers in jars and pour the hot marinade.

The mixture is boiled until the sugar is dissolved, filtered, re-heated to boiling and pour into it the vinegar. The filled jars covered with lids and put in a pot of water heated to 50-60 degrees for pasteurization. Time pasteurisation at 85 degrees for cans with a capacity of 0.5 liter - 15 minutes, 1 l - 20 minutes 3 - 30 minutes.
