Rolls with poppy seeds from a bread machine
This recipe is for those who love the rolls with poppy seeds, has a bread maker, but do not want to suffer with baking trays and an oven. Tender flavorful crumb and lots of delicious poppy-seed filling with honey flavor. Personally, I prefer the rolls in the bread maker than in the oven. In the bread maker they are more airy, better fit and unusual look. Try it, you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    460 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Mac

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

In a measuring Cup break the egg and add the milk to 300 ml.

Add the vegetable oil, flour, sugar, salt, yeast (those in the photo, it will be enough 1 tsp) and put on the program "dough". If the instructions for your bread machine written in a different sequence, use it.

While the dough is preparing, make the filling. To do this: mix the poppy seeds, 100 g sugar and 200 ml milk.
