In a cold frying pan, pour olive oil and immediately throw in the crushed garlic, in this case, the butter will absorb all the flavor of the garlic.
To the garlic add the balsamic vinegar.
In the resulting sauce add the prawns (it is better to buy immediately peeled cocktail shrimp). If you have none, then just krevetki pour over boiling water and immediately can be cleaned, but this procedure occupied a lot of time, so it's better to get helpers:-) Well...the shrimp fry in the resulting sauce for 1 min. believe me that is enough. Remove the pan from the stove and leave to marinate in the same flavored sauce.
Fresh cucumber peel from skin, cut into thin strips, put in a bowl, add salt, pepper, pour balsamic vinegar and leave for a few minutes.
On top of cucumbers put sliced salted salmon.
Boil eggs, grate (shred) and sprinkle the next layer to the salad.
Cheese cut into cubes, throw into a saucepan, pour the milk or cream and put on medium heat.
Stirring constantly, make the mass homogeneous. Add herbes de Provence for flavor and switch off.
The cooled cheese sauce pour our salad (the sauce is quite thick, so "Gigi" salad is not!)
Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips and spread on salad.
Decorate fragrant krevetkami! Color shrimp do not worry, this shade they took at the expense of dark balsamic vinegar. Incredibly delicious and soaked!
