Cooking
Onions pre-cut and soaked either in cold water overnight or for an hour in a solution of vinegar with water 1 : 1 (better natural Apple cider vinegar)
Cabbage cut and grind with salt.
Add in the cabbage, onion, chopped eggs, chopped with a knife nuts. Cut the Apple into strips, several slices can be left for decoration. Dressed with vegetable oil. Bon appetit!
