Pie lean
Like pie when it is baked by my school teacher when we, her favorite disciples, came to visit her. Today my option is lean dough monastic recipe, poppy seed filling and sugar crisp. Invite!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

  • Mac

    150 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    120 ml

  • Sugar

    110 g

First knead the dough. All ingredients should be at room temperature. To do this in a deep large bowl mix dry yeast with warm water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, mix well. I used refined sunflower oil "Oleyna". Add vodka, stir again, and parts enter the sifted flour, knead the dough well with your hands, until smooth and elastic. The dough is soft and does not stick to hands. Put the dough in a clean bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. I have the dough rising in a slow cooker in the "Yogurt".

Poppy pour boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes for swelling. Drain the excess water (if they are), add the powdered sugar and mix well. The stuffing is ready.

Coming up the dough a good punch down and again knead hands. For baking use no flour, and vegetable oil, refined sunflower I "Oleyna". For convenience, pour the oil into a small bowl.

Divide the dough into 30-32 of the same piece (about 3-4cm in diameter).

Each piece of dough lightly roll out with a rolling pin in the middle to put 1 hour. L. poppy-seed filling, good suscipit edges and form a ball.

Each ball of dough with the filling gently with your hands grease with vegetable oil and roll all sides in sugar.

Lay the dough balls in the baking dish. The form can be slightly greased with vegetable oil but I didn't. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let go for 15-20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until Golden brown. The finished cake to get, to lay two or three clean towels, sprinkle top with water and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Cake "go forth" and become soft, but crisp will continue.
