Description
Jahnii is stews of meat or vegetables, with an emphasis on the "fried soup" Turkish (Oriental) cuisine. Cooking
1. Wash under running water chicken, dry with paper towel and cut into portion pieces. Grease the chicken with the sauce marinade (1-2 tbsp)...

First: the meat is stewed in a small amount of liquid in the pan will be a little bit of sauce.
