Cooking

step-0
Grate the carrots on a grater, onion chop cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
step-1
Prepare 10 pieces of medium pickles.
step-2
Grate them on a coarse grater and adding to sauteed onions and carrots, saute on medium heat until the liquid evaporates, 10 minutes.
step-3
Boil two potato tubers and prepare from them mashed potatoes, pre-drain almost all of the liquid in which potatoes are cooked. Mix the potatoes with fried onions, carrots and pickles, salt, pepper to taste, add 1 teaspoon of sugar for balance of taste and put to cool.
step-4
Take the paste. Mix the yogurt (or mineral water), egg, salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
step-5
Will proseem flour and add soda, stir.
step-6
Make an elastic dough and leave for 30 minutes for proofing.
step-7
Divide the dough into 17 pieces and roll out an oval. On each oval put 1 tablespoon of filling with a slide.
step-8
And Villepin pies.
step-9
Billet fry cakes in vegetable oil on both sides until a light blush, then put the pies in a container, on a paper towel, covering them with a lid so the cakes to remain soft. Under cover also put a paper towel to droplets of steam from the hot cakes not spoil their appearance.
step-10
These pies we have in the section. Delicious in hot or cold. They taste like fried mushrooms.
step-11
Spread on a plate and ate. I strongly advise you to prepare pies with the stuffing, it's delicious. But if the dough is cooked in mineral water and without eggs, it will make a great meatless option. Bon appetit!
