Chicken on toothpicks
This is one of the first dishes that I tasted in Chinese cuisine, when I came 23 years ago in the far East. Since then, we always order it when we visit Chinese cafe. The kids just love it. Cooked very quickly. Surprise your dinner!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Take slightly thawed chicken (so it's easier to cut). You can take chicken Breasts and the flesh from the thighs. Cut into pieces of 1x1 or 1x2 cm Pour soy sauce TM Kikkoman and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Take a toothpick. Stick on two pieces of 1 by 1 cm or one piece of 1 by 2 cm of chicken onto each toothpick.

Ideally this dish is prepared in a wok, but you can take a regular pan with a thick bottom. Pour vegetable oil on maximum heat fry the chicken pieces for 1 minute on each side. Will not overdry it!

To prepare this chicken the Chinese use a condiment "Shao Kao Liao". It consists of: cumin, paprika, seeds, Perilla, sesame, monosodium glutamate, salt. In the absence of this seasoning take svezhemoloty cumin, red paprika and chili powder, sprinkle the chicken. If you are cooking for children, reduce amount of chili, or even cook without it. Mix chicken, let it soak up the seasonings for 1 minute.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Give evaporate the separated moisture.

Serve the chicken on the hot toothpicks. To the chicken you can serve rice, vegetables and herbs. Bon appetit!
