Pate with chicken liver and cheese

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add the liver, salt and fry until cooked (10-15 minutes). Cool.

Finely chop the greens. Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Carrots grate on a fine grater. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Mix cheese, tomatoes, greens.

The carrots I put out (according to the recipe raw).

Skip liver and carrots through a meat grinder.

Soak gelatine in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour. In the photo are the ready gelatin.

I found it easier to omit the water and gelatin ready.

Add half the gelatine into the cheese mass, mix and remaining gelatin in hepatic mass, stir.

The form lay a film (I forgot that it was convenient to get). Put half of the liver in the form of levelling. On the liver to lay out all the cheese mass, flatten.

On the cheese put the rest of the liver, level. Put in refrigerator for 5-6 hours, at least.
