Dear Powerade! Perhaps many people know how to make SHORTCRUST PASTRY. Then this recipe is for those who are unfamiliar with its secrets. It's simple: 1 - one part sugar 2 - two pieces 3 fat to three parts flour and a pinch of salt. Cooking
I think everything is clear: take the products at the rate of 1 part sugar : 2 parts margarine, 3 parts flour (e.g., 50 g :100 g :150 g) and a pinch of salt. Margarine at room temperature (do not melt!) whisk with sugar and a pinch of salt, asleep parts of the sifted flour and knead the dough.
