Cooking

step-0
Let us start to split our form. Better to take only small (19-20 cm). The bottom vystelim baking paper, and shape edges, wrap in cling film.
step-1
Cookies grind into crumbs...
step-2
...and adding Nutella (4 tbsp) melted butter (100 g). Carefully mix everything.
step-3
Now put into the form and shape the base and sides. Put in the refrigerator.
step-4
Well, now tasty milk filling! All products for the filling should be divided into 2 parts, because between the layers it will be necessary to pour the "caramel", and the filling, well, very quickly freezes) so, mix milk (100 ml), butter (100 g), sugar (75 g) and vanilla in a bowl. Boil the whole mass. Then be sure to wait until it cools down, and add ½ of the powdered milk. Beat with a mixer until creamy, without lumps.
step-5
Take out of the refrigerator base and pour on it the filling. Send back to the refrigerator.
step-6
For "caramel" you just need to whisk with a mixer the milk, with Nutella and put all this stuff on the first layer of the filling.
step-7
And again, we repeat the paragraph with the preparation of the filling) Pour it over the caramel and put back in the fridge to harden.
step-8
For the chocolate glaze melt in a water bath dark and white chocolate, and then added to this mixture, peeled and finely crushed hazelnuts. Chocolate-hazelnut mass, be sure to allow to cool, and then evenly distribute it over the cake.
step-9
Give the cake about 3-4 hours for complete curing of the filling and gently remove it from the split form.
