Magical meringue
These meringues are cooked without eggs. The secret of their preparation is the use of "adhesive" properties of FLAX SEEDS. Honestly, I could hardly believe that from a fairly dark color broth, whole flax seeds may be the result of whipping air, light mass, resembling beaten egg whites. Flax flavor is almost imperceptible, probably because the seeds are cooked whole, and the water gets slimy hood only from their shells. After the flax sweetening the taste of the mass disappears, it becomes even lighter. In the process, as noted by many, has within himself something of magic. The resulting delicate and light weight is perfect for layer cakes, decorations and desserts, giving greater lightness to the pudding out of tofu, etc.

Pour the flax seeds with cold water.
