Panna cotta is one of my favorite desserts. Which is very easy and simple to cook, and the taste can be described as "creamy in anilina tenderness". Cooking
Gelatin is put into water (30-40 ml) to swell for the time specified on the package. Cream mix with sugar and vanilla. Boil for 1-2 minutes. A little bit cool. Add the gelatin, leaving a little juice. Juice is also heat and mix with gelatin. Slightly creamy mass to mix with the chocolate until it dissolves. Into molds in the form of hearts (or even glasses) to put sliced strawberries, pour the mixture of juice and gelatin. Put in refrigerator to cool.
