Egg rolls with tomato and oregano
In a hurry to get Breakfast while it's hot, flavorful and delicious. Can't help but share this delicious loaf which diversifies your Breakfast and will bring pleasure to both you and your baby! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

For a start, heat water, tomatoes cut crosswise and pour the boiling water. Then pour cold water and remove the skins. Remove the pulp and cut into small pieces. In a pan heat oil and put the tomatoes. Fry for 30 seconds and put together with the juice in a bowl waiting in the wings.

Next, make the batter for the omelet. In the bowl of a blender put the cheese, flour, eggs, cream, salt and pepper as desired. All whisk until smooth.

I make 2 rolls, and then finished cutting the 2 parts that were visible to the "inside" and that was nice. :) You can fry one roll, then it will become quite thick, but no less delicious and no less appetizing. In a pan, where roasted tomatoes, put a little more oil, pour the dough and fry on one side until the bottom is Golden and top is not clutch.

The finished rolls lay out tomatoes with juice, and generously sprinkle with oregano and twirl. Carefully, roll very hot, mind your fingers! :) Allow the loaf to cool slightly in the pan and grab, take the form of something, put on a dish and cut into 2 parts. They do the same with remaining portion of dough and tomatoes.
