Biscuits with cheese and sour cream
Delicious cheese cookies that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

200 g flour to combine with half the grated cheese.

Oil grate on a coarse grater and add to the flour and Certosa cheese.

Add sour cream, salt and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to hands, add remaining flour. Put the dough aside for half an hour in the fridge.

Roll the dough into 5mm thickness. Cut into strips and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
