Tasted evident of this during a business trip in the US in 2000. Went through the recipes and decided to cook.
Ingredients

Apple

Lettuce
1 plug

Mayonnaise
200 g
Cooking
Peaches dry with a paper towel and finely chop.
Finely chop the ham in strips.
The apples remove the core and stalk and chop.
Lettuce leaves separated from the head, wash thoroughly, chop with a step width of 1 cm.
Stir and season with mayonnaise.
