Marinated green beans in Korean
Delicious, fragrant and spicy harvesting. In fact, all of Korean cuisine. I have this salad rolled up for the winter. And you can eat immediately, but give it a brew.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

Beans sorted through to remove the tips. Throw into boiling salted water and problanshirovat 2-3 minutes. Drain in a colander, let it drain and cool.

Peel the onion, cut into thin half-rings. Peel the carrot and grate on the Korean grater. I rubbed on normal, but putting the carrot parallel to the grater.
