Baked scallops
This files most often on the Christmas table you can see a large number of different dishes. This salads, appetizers, hot, cutting all cheeses and sausages. Somebody makes only the classics, from year to year, all my favorites, and someone on the contrary likes to try something new. You can diversify the holiday table hot appetizer of sea scallops, baked with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Come, see, taste)

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    24 piece

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    125 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Cooking

Mushrooms wash and cut into 4-5 pieces, peel the onions and cut thin half-rings.

Prepare wine, cream, butter and cheese, wash the scallops (thaw if necessary).

The mortar will poolcam pepper, in a frying pan warm up the half of the butter and all the olive oil, the onions with the pepper...

... now add the prawns and mushrooms, simmer a few minutes, add wine, salt, simmer again, until evaporated, about half of the liquid. Add the cream, scallops and simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat, arrange in portioned forms, sprinkle with cheese and bake it in the oven under the grill, preheated to 200-220 degrees. If grilling in the oven does not, then just heat up to 220 degrees. Cook 3-5 minutes, until Golden brown. Serve immediately. Or you can put a snack on the forms in advance and before serving, reheat in oven and brown.
