Cooking
Heat 50 ml of serum, add sugar and yeast. Leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place until the "cap".
In a bowl sift the flour, add the salt, yeast mixture, lard (you can substitute with butter), the remaining 250 ml of serum and mustard (the mustard from the jar, ready to eat).
Knead smooth, dont stick to hands dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours. The dough increased in volume.
Pripasaem the table with flour, again knead well the dough is coming up. Stretch the dough into the reservoir, bending the edge to the center of the "envelope" formed by the bread.
With a sharp knife, make incisions, put bread on a baking sheet or in a convenient form and leave for another proofing for 30-40 minutes, covering the bread with a napkin.
Heated to 200 degrees oven. Sent to risen bake the bread for 30-35 minutes. Follow the color of the crust and focus on the peculiarities of your oven. Ready bread remove and let it cool down completely.
