Muffins made with condensed milk
Hearty muffins with a crispy crust

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks, add the vanilla and condensed milk.

Add the melted butter.

Add flour mixed with baking powder.

Stir it carefully. The result is a fairly thick batter. Beat whites and gently beat in to the batter.

Spread in oiled molds. Bake 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
