Barmak with walnuts
Recipe Tatar cuisine, borrowed from the magazine, and it's very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Salt

Mix the sour cream, salt and 1.5 tbsp melted butter. Add the flour, knead dense dough. Roll it into a thin layer (very tight rolls) and cut into squares.

To prepare the filling. To do this, grind the walnuts and fry them on a dry pan. Then add the remaining oil and wait until it dissolve.

When nuts are cool, add sugar and mix well.

Smear the squares with stuffing and wrap in the form of rolls. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C. If the form is not silicone, pre-lubricated it with oil.
