Beef cutlets with sauce
Sauce "CHASSEUR" (French. ) - "the hunter", a great addition to dishes of meat and game. Prepared quickly and easily available products. With sauces, we can always give a new taste to familiar dishes to diversify the menu for yourself and your loved ones! The recipe of the sauce I decided to put together a recipe all of us loved the meatballs. In the meatballs, too, has its own flavor, so the dish turns out with the "new taste".

  • Minced meat

  • Tomato paste

  • Bread crumbs

  • Mushrooms

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Corn flour

    1 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    100 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Ground beef mix well with chopped onions,

Egg, mustard, tomato, ketchup, olives, sliced into 4 slices, salt, pepper, spices;

Form patties, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in a well heated pan until just brown ( not peregorela that the inside remains pink), spread on a dish in a warm place.

Add wine, if necessary - a little water or broth, salt, pepper and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes; add diluted in a small amount of water, flour and parsley,
