Strawberry mousse
Well, in the season of this wonderful berry, not to make a tender and flavorful mousse? Strawberries and cream - that says it all!

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    450 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

Soak gelatine for 15 min.

Strawberries wash, dry on a paper towel and crushed with a blender to puree. Add sugar.

Gelatin to dissolve, warming above 60 degrees. Allow to cool and add portions of mashed potatoes, stirring well.

Whip the cream until stable peaks.

Gently, 1-2 spoon of cream, to introduce the cream into the strawberry puree and mix well.
