Mushrooms

Crab meat
150 g

Cream
100 ml

Olive oil

Cheese

Honey
0.5 tsp
Cooking
Crab meat finely chop.
Lightly fry in olive oil, pour over the cream, season with salt and pepper and add the honey. Saute 5 minutes.
The mushroom cut the stem and filled with stewed crab meat.
Cheese to grate and put on mushrooms. Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a hot oven 180gr. for 10 minutes.
