Cooking
In a Cup put the yolk on top and topped up with water to get the volume 3/4 of the container (250 ml).
Add half a teaspoon of salt.
Sift the flour, spoon do the deepening and pour a little water with the yolk in the flour, stirring in a circle until you spill all the water. The dough will be like a "cereal".
Then the dough pour vegetable oil and knead. If it is too steep, i.e. part of it is cereal, you can add a little water.
Put the dough in a plastic bag and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare the beef: In the beef add onion, salt, spices - mix thoroughly. To nachinka was juicy, I add a couple of tablespoons of water, then after baking the filling in the pasties will be juicy.
Ready divide the dough into 14 pieces.
Each piece of dough thinly roll out (not transparency). The dough is very plastic, easily rolled (smooth not powdery flour the surface!), does not stick to the rolling pin and the table.
Put 1 tablespoon of stuffing on the rolled out dough, gently even out. Make a layer of meat as more as possible thin, to had fry.
Cover with the second half, finger press the edges, then carefully press edges with a fork so that during cooking is not leaking out juice. The pasties ready.
Repeat the procedure with the other pieces of dough.
In a pan pour vegetable oil and carefully heat! Put the pasties and fry until Golden brown on each side.
Our "delicious" pasties ready! Bon appetit!!!
