:-) Make the dough: all yeast + 135 ml water + 150 g of flour = all mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
Honey dissolved in 150 of water (I think it is no secret that by this time honey had a good secretaryoffice, which is why it should be diluted with water :-D) to the mixture add the flour, salt, a teaspoon of vegetable oil. All to mix and "pour" the dough.
