Cooking

step-0
Of rice and 2 cups of milk to cook viscous porridge, allow to cool
step-1
Add the eggs, flour, pour the milk, mix well. Look at the consistency. If you have a liquid mess than me, add less milk, if you see that the dough gustavito, add more milk.
step-2
From the dough bake pancakes
step-3
Here are porous they are
step-4
Pear cut into slices, put in pan with butter, pour 1 tablespoon of sea buckthorn. Reserve the rest for decoration. Tormented for 5 minutes, no more, so the pear was a smell and juice of sea buckthorn, but has not collapsed. Sea buckthorn gives the bag a slightly noticeable astringency, acidity and enriches its intense smell.
step-5
Here's a delicate fragrant pear turned out.
step-6
By the way, these pancakes are delicious and just. Especially with honey and tea.
step-7
Trout (can salmon, salmon - to your liking) cut into slices
step-8
Assemble the dish. On pancake put a leaf of arugula (or salad), a little dill - optional, top with a slice of fish, a few slices of pears and pour the fish and the leaves of arugula or lettuce. Wrap.
step-9
Cut and serve. It turns out divinely delicious. Pear put a little more - I put enough. So it is "friends" with the fish. Add pear-buckthorn sauce that was left after roasting.
step-10
Spread on lettuce or arugula, or just the right temperature.
step-11
Cold champagne - simply divine!
step-12
Bon Appetit!
