Stuffed grape leaves
Well, that ended my vacation!!! As always, it was not enough... I had to explore the towns and villages, and the houses a little lazy... And to cook something new and exciting!!! I will start, as expected, with snacks! Frankly - I fell in love with her!!! So interesting, tender and flavorful! Great in hot or cold! We strongly recommend to try it!!! And yet... I REALLY MISSED YOU!!!

Ingredients

  • Leaf vine

First, you need to heat the olive oil over low heat and saute the green onions. The grapes are cut. Mix green onions, grapes, dill and cheese (I had ricotta). Add lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.

Salty grape leaves, rinse in cold water (svezheotzhatye - cool). Cut off the stems. Grape leaf believing so that it is positioned tops from you. Spread the lower edge of the sheet 2 tsp of filling (depending on the size of the sheet a little more - a little less). Fold the side edges around the filling.
